Children 16 years and over are able to ride an E-bike (at the desretion of staff based on height and ability) Please note that anyone under the age of 18 has to have a parent or guardian present with them.

Bookings are not required but are strongly recommended as walk-ins will take 15-20 minutes to process. If you book online, you can expect to be on your bike within 10 minutes of your arrival.

Whilst you can come in at any time it is advised you come 15 minutes before your start time in order to get the most out of your rental.

Yes. Helmets are mandatory on both the Vallet Trail and the roads. We send every rental of a bike out with a helmet that must be worn at all times.

Penalties will apply for running over your booked time as this can affect bookings for the rest of the day. Depending on how late you are, you may be charged for the groups booking following you. If you feel you are going to run over your time booked please call us.

We suggest arriving 10 mins before your booked time, if you booked in advance online in order to complete fitting helmets, and go over the bike safety. If you are late you are essentially going into your riding time, no extensions will be given as this will affect bookings for the rest of the day.

You are welcome to return your bike earlier than what you booked although please keep in mind no refund will be given for any time not used.

We will gladly refund 100% of the booking cost if canceled 48 hours before your booking. A refund of 50% of the booking cost will be given if canceled inside the 48-hour period with the exception of day of cancellations which will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately the weather is out of our control meaning we are unable to provide refunds/move your booking if it rains on the day you have booked. We are rain or shine here in Whistler. Have kids coming? We have covers available!

No. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, we will not accept friends signing for you.

Siblings can be considered guardians as long as they are over 25.
